Local beef and vegetables slow cooked in red wine and mushrooms all wrapped in a short crust pastry. Your classic beef red wine stew.
Ingredients : beef, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, red wine, flour, salt, pepper, parmesan, water, laurel, butter, garlic, egg.
Luckily we have friends from all over the world, and this wonderful recipe was created with the help of our friend Norman from the Indian restaurant La Crochetta.
Marinated free range chicken slow cooked in a home-made comfortably spiced curry and green beans (for the freshness and a bit of crunch) all wrapped in a short crust pastry.
Ingredients : Chicken, onions, green beans, cumin, curcuma, coriander, garlic, garam masala, tomato concentrate, cream, yoghurt, olive oil, flour, water, butter, salt, pepper, parmesan, egg.
A beautiful combination of flavours is found in our beef and local brewer Dr Gab’s ale.

Ok so this was a bit risky ! but we are convinced that it was worth it !! We took the original Swiss recipe “Papet Vaudois” which is potatoes, leaks, pork sausage cooked in white wine and added our home made mustard sauce, just to perk it up a bit.

« I want some hot stuff… » Not really that spicy but ever so tasty. Lean pork and chorizo sausage, green and red peppers slow cooked and wrapped in a short crust pastry.

The classic beef pie that we simply had to do ! Local beef and vegetables slow cooked in the original Guinness, wrapped in a short crust pastry. The carrots that we’ve added take some of the bitterness away, leaving you with the distinct Guinness flavour.

Alright! For those of you who don’t like vegetarian dishes, think again!
Fresh spinach for your strength, mushrooms for your earthly cravings and feta for rounding the flavours and nuts for your nutty side! Cooked to perfection and wrapped in our short crust pastry.
Ingredients : spinach, onions, feta, mushrooms, oregano, vegetable stock, flour, water, butter, salt, pepper, parmesan, egg.
Free range chicken cooked with fresh vegetables and mushrooms, flavoured with tarragon and white wine plus a dash of lemon (wakes up the flavours) wrapped in a short crust pastry.
